Abstract

Due to the isolation between the production flow and device information in current petrochemical enterprises, they can't fully play their roles respectively. Aiming at this problem, a new flowchart-based device monitoring and management system is proposed by using SVG dynamic technology to better integrate device information into process flow. First, we develop a flowchart-based device monitoring and management system through PHP technology, MySQL database technology and html5 front-end technology. Then we choose front controller pattern and command pattern as the basic design principle. Next, we propose a BNF model to express graph units and design process flow chart by reusing the graph units. After that, we develop a lightweight Ajax engine to interact the process flow chart with the database. Finally, the proposed system is applied to MIBK equipment, which provides an effective management tool for device management of enterprises.
