The shadow puppet is one of three main puppet theater art forms in Taiwan. The shadow puppet achieves its special art style for the carving shape, color applying technique and the combination of shadow and light reflection performing style. And script, music, and action skills also show the unique history and culture of the local performing arts. Because of advances in technology, the impact of multimedia entertainment and disappearance of old technicians, this traditional craft has declined slowly. It's an important subject to inherit and to give new life to the traditional shadow puppet. "Game" is an important process for children's bodies and cognitive development. "Body tracking interaction" is an interactive interface integrated with spatial concept and limb learning. Children can learn the characteristic by intuition and by themselves. Through the virtual skeleton joints and animation desigh and simulation of action art interactive performances in space, we can intensify the response of children's bodies and the development of cognition. The study focuses on design Manipulation of Shadow Puppet Game-Based Learning by means of Kinect technique. With the learning ways of animation and motion sensing interactive, let the children have fun through the process of physical activities and learn the performance art of shadow puppet action mode.
