Abstract

Our research develops and tests a new social network model based on Swarm intelligence and peer-to-peer (P2P) technology, specifically targeting office automation needs. By taking course syllabus management as an experimental application case, we demonstrate how this model can effectively improve work efficiency and data processing capabilities in education. Experimental results show that compared with traditional office automation methods, our Swarm and P2P technology models significantly improve task completion speed and accuracy and greatly enhance document management efficiency by supporting asynchronous collaboration and automatic data filling: quality and user satisfaction. In addition, this model provides educational institutions with a more flexible and efficient educational resource management system by optimizing information flow and enhancing system responsiveness.
