This research explains the reasons for failing to enter the market based on the actual company case which has been selected for applying the technology decomposition framework and it proposes the better strategic decisions for the company to enter the artificial intelligent technology business. The paper will give the guideline how the technology management is properly applied by using the innovative way to analyze technologies.",
