Abstract

This paper deals with the practical approach of technology enhancement in mobile industry by using technology innovation tools. Converged IP Messaging (CPM) is new reusable building blocks to be able to create a variety of interpersonal, interactive, multimedia communication services that run on top of an IMS networks. In addition, the most practical technology innovation tool that have been originally designed by Genrich Altshuller is applied. TRIZ (Teoriya Resheniya Izobretatelskikh Zadatch) that is also called TIPS (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) is a methodology and model-based technology for generating innovative ideas and solutions for problem solving. Enhanced CPM client is the alternative client implementation to avoid the complexity of the system. Unlike general CPM client, the enhanced client can be implemented on not only IMS networks but also legacy networks.
