Abstract

Due to the high heterogeneity of industrial development across China, in order for the government to further formulate and implement appropriate environmental regulation means, it is necessary to fully explore and study the spatial evolution effect of environmental regulation from the perspective of public policy management. This paper analyses and empirically studies the spatial evolution effect of environmental regulation from the perspective of public policy management, and proposes the use of the influence of existing public policies to coordinate the relationship between ecological environmental pollution and environmental regulation implementation. The specific research covers the analysis of the relationship between the formulation and management of public policies for environmental protection; analysis of the influence mechanism of public environmental protection policy management on the spatial distribution of industrial environmental regulation; and analysis on the spatial heterogeneity of environmental regulation. The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the analysis method and the constructed model, and the analysis results of the study area are given.
