Abstract

The arrival of the new media era presents an excellent opportunity for the reform of the ideological and political curriculum in colleges and universities, and it is also prudent to 'promote change through change.' Utilizing 'Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Foundation' as an example, this paper integrates the general background of ideological and political teaching reform in colleges and universities under the new media environment, analyzes the necessity of reform and the problems associated with reform, and concludes that reform is both necessary and fraught with difficulties. It also investigates the corresponding reform path by combining the subjective feelings of students in order to provide valuable insight into the reform of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities.
