Abstract

Macau is a tourist city with its distinctive architecture and attractions. The development of the gaming industry has attracted many tourists to travel to the area. One of the most famous landmark in Macau is the Ruins of St. Paul. The 100-year-old historical monument just reserved a wall after three major fire and reconstructions and standing outside rely on human maintenance. Therefore, sustainable preservation is an important issue today. Users can quickly search for historical sites and digitally saved image data through their smart phones. At present, mobile APP rarely uses stereoscopic perspectives for interactive operations. The 4DAGE company's 4DKanKan technology can quickly create virtual reality and save historic site in mobile devices to interact with it. The 4DKanKan can also integrate mobile guide and navigation. Therefore, this study intends to use this technology to design and link to the Web. It can continue to extend to other attractions or museum collections in the future. There are systematic and digital representations of different types of monuments that have the concept of sustainable management.
