N2 - The integration of satellite communication and terrestrial mobile communication is developing from 5G system compatibility to 6G system integration. Through the advantage complementary and close integration of satellite network and terrestrial network, 6G integrated satellite-terrestrial mobile communication (ISTMC) will expand the network coverage and improve the overall efficiency of the network, thus realizing the three-dimensional seamless global coverage network. This paper summarizes the development background and trend of ISTMC, analyzes the requirements and technical challenges of 6G ISTMC, and studies the key technologies of 6G ISTMC from wireless transmission, network architecture, resource management and mobility management, space-based computing, spectrum sharing and other aspects in view of a series of problems such as complex network architecture design, low wireless transmission efficiency and difficult network quality assurance. In view of each key technology, this paper first analyzes the development status, then puts forward innovative methods or algorithms, and carries out corresponding performance evaluation to verify their effectiveness.
