abstract = "Tourism has been a major economy booster for many counties and cities, Mobile tourism APP has been a major promotion channel for tourism. In this research, an open tourism platform for travel destinations has been developed for travel destination of Macau. All major functions are designed with scalability and easy maintenance. Distinguished with other similar APPs, our platform supports intelligent tourism route generation based on user personal preference. Genetic Algorithm was used to generate multiple days travel itinerary with optimal route and time planning. Instead of integrating with commercial voice recognition engine by big companies, we also developed our own Portuguese voice recognition engine with transfer learning and few shot learning techniques. Although the final system is developed and tailored for tourism in Macau, our platform is designed and implemented in open manner and can be easily adapted to any travel destinations.",
