Technological advancements are transforming the gambling industry. This article provides an overview of emerging technologies in casino marketing, focusing on their impacts and benefits. Artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) offer deep customer insights and optimize marketing strategies. Big data enhances customer segmentation and precision marketing. Mobile and online platforms boost engagement, while augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) create immersive experiences. Blockchain and cryptocurrency improve transaction security, and the Internet of Things (IoT) enhances operational efficiency. Biometrics, facial recognition, and chatbots improve security, personalization, and support. Geolocation services enable targeted promotions. This article helps stakeholders, including casino operators, marketers, developers, and policymakers, leverage these technologies to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and maintain a competitive edge in the evolving market.
